Interconnector flows at 6:30 AEST show no constraints currently binding, but Basslink (TAS-VIC) is running at 89.6% of its 459 MW export limit, carrying 411 MW from Tasmania into Victoria. This high utilisation follows the overnight cancellation of the Sheffield-George Town lightning-related contingency reclassification (notice 144724), which lifted the T-GTSH_N-2 constraint set that had been capping Basslink transfers — the interconnector is now free to move closer to its full rating.
