By accessing or using gridIQ ("the Service"), operated by High Impact Group Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
gridIQ is an energy market intelligence platform that provides analysis of Australia's electricity markets, including the National Electricity Market (NEM) and the Wholesale Electricity Market (WEM). The Service includes market data visualisation, AI-powered insights via the Watt assistant, price alerts, Scope 2 emissions calculations, and related tools.

Market data displayed on gridIQ is sourced from the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) and is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any market data.
gridIQ does not provide financial, investment, or energy trading advice. You should not rely solely on gridIQ data for energy procurement or trading decisions. Always consult qualified professionals and verify data with official AEMO sources.
The Watt AI assistant provides analysis based on market data and AI models. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated insights before acting on them. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by High Impact Group Pty Ltd. AEMO data is sourced under AEMO's terms of use. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service (e.g., consumption data).
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless High Impact Group Pty Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data upon termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
